Getting Started
1. We'll start with you completing a brief Buyer Questionnaire below to understand where you are in the process and what you're looking for.
2. It's then followed by a conversation (in person, Zoom, or phone) so we can align on your goals and timeline.
Because showing homes demands a significant investment of time for our team, we feel transparency matters. My business stays in high demand due to referrals and our track record, which means I can only work with clients who are committed to our process. In order to begin viewing homes in person, we will help you obtain a pre-approval letter and we'll be signing an Exclusive Buyer Agreement (required by GA law - we'll provide you with an overview of the document).
If you are casually looking and not serious about buying, we are happy to set you up on a custom search and be a resource for any questions about a specific home, area, etc. Our team generally does not show homes until you feel you are fully ready to buy.
